What are the outside dimensions of these lifts

 

The Rack Lifts standard lift is 106.7” wide by 175.2” long from baseplate outer edge to baseplate outer edge and has a post height of 83.8” and lifting height of 75.6” (Head Clear Height Of 71.6”); The actual platform where the tires go on would be 169.3” long and 76.1” wide and the tire platform is 18.9” wide. 

 

The Rack Lifts XL lift is 106.7” wide by 189.9” long from baseplate outer edge to baseplate outer edge and has a post height of 91.7” and lifting height of 82.3”(Head Clear Height Of 78.3”); The actual platform where the tires go on would be 184” long and 76.1” wide and the tire platform is 18.9” wide.

The Halo Lifts standard lift is 106.7" wide by 175.2" long from baseplate outer edge to baseplate outer edge and has a post height of 85.6" and lifting height of 70".  Tire platform is 18.9" wide.

The Halo Lifts XL lift is 112" wide by 189.9" long from baseplate outer edge to baseplate outer edge and has a post height of 93.5" and lifting height of 78".  Tire platform is 18.9" wide.

What are the weight limits on the 4 post lifts

​

The standard 4 post options we carry from Rack Lifts and Halo Lifts are rated for 9,000 pounds.  ​

Will these work for an automotive shop

​

These lifts are designed to be storage lifts and not used multiple times per day every day of the week.  If you are needing something that will be going up and down multiple times per day you will want a commercial grade lift.

 

What type of warranty is included

 

Rack Lifts include a 1 year PARTS ONLY warranty and Halo Lifts include a No Hassle 2 year Warranty. Service charges are additional and would be quoted on a case by case basis

What type of electrical requirements do these lifts have

​

The 4 post lifts all include a 110V 20amp motor and plug into any standard wall outlet with a minimum of a 20 amp circuit breaker on that outlet.  The 2 post typically will be 208V/240V double or triple phase and we can confirm that on a case by case basis

​

What area do you service for delivery, installation, and repair?

​

We don't have a hard cut off zone for what we service, but if you see the map below it will give you a general idea on the territory we cover and the cost depending on there you are located.  We charge $6 Per Mile for every mile over 40 miles from our location in New Berlin.​​

What is included with delivery and setup  

 

We arrive with the lift, unpackage and uncrate it, assemble the lift and position into place per customer's request, connect electrical plug to lift motor, fill and bleed the hydraulic fluid, adjust cables for simultaneous lock engagement, verify proper operation, dispose of all trash and waste from uncrating/setup, and give demonstration to customer on proper use.  We offer a true "White Glove" process for you.

Do You Offer Any Financing Options

​

Yes we work with two companies to offer financing options/payment plans;  We work with Marine Credit Union and Affirm.  Contact us if you would like to submit an application for financing.
